- 1 (18.25-ounce) package red velvet cake mix
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix cake mix, canola oil, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs in a large bowl until combined.
- Pour batter into casserole dish and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
