Ingredients
- 1 (16.5-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 can (15 ounces) solid packed pumpkin
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter, melted
- Whipped topping (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
- In a very large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and chill. Top with whipped topping if desired.
