Ingredients
- 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the mashed potatoes with the sour cream and milk in a medium saucepan. Heat on medium heat until hot. Stir in the garlic powder.
- Spread the mashed potatoes into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with corn flakes and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until top is browned and casserole is bubbly.
