Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (18-1/4 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In large bowl, mix together cake mix, butter, egg, and vanilla with a spoon until dough forms. (Some dry mix will remain.) Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll balls in sugar mixture, then place about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until set. Remove from baking sheets to cooling racks.
